Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver in Bloomington, IN. You will provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible while maintaining dignity and respect.

The role offers multiple shifts, starting wage of $15.75/hour, and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and growth

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.

• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry duties.
