Job summary

Bancroft is hiring Direct Support Professionals to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community residences across NJ. This role supports residents daily, helps them grow, and promotes independence through personalized care plans and community activities.

Various schedules including days, evenings, and overnights are available. A high school diploma or GED, 18+ age, and a valid driver’s license are required, with weekend availability commonly needed.

Direct Support Professionals help those in our care to reach their highest potential, while gaining experience and learning new skills. We are hiring across (Pompton Lakes, Oakland, Dumont and Montville, NJ). Various schedules and shifts are currently available, including days, evenings, and overnights.

Responsibilities

The current hiring range for this position is: $19.06-$19.44 per hour.
