Job summary

Bancroft is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our Adult Residential North program in Camden and Burlington Counties, NJ. This non-exempt, full-time and part-time role supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them achieve daily independence and meaningful life goals.

You will provide person-centered care, implement plans, and coordinate with families and guardians while promoting a safe, caring community. Evening and overnight shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills.
• Have the ability and willingness to work weekends.

Various schedules and shifts are currently available evenings, and overnights.
