Bancroft in Cherry Hill, NJ is hiring Direct Support Professionals to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This part-time DSP position, within Adult Residential North, offers meaningful work and opportunities to grow.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Weekend availability is essential. You’ll collaborate with a caring team to implement personalized care plans and community activities.

Hourly Rate: $19.06-$19.44/hr

Schedule: Part-Time, Thursday and Friday 2pm-9pm, Saturday 9am-9pm

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.
