Bancroft in Medford, NJ is looking for Direct Support Professionals who are passionate about empowering adults with autism and developmental disabilities to develop daily living skills and independence.

The role is full-time with Sunday and weekday evening shifts. You’ll work in a supportive team focused on compassionate care, meaningful outcomes, and ongoing opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

We are Hiring: Direct Support Professionals

Location: Medford, NJ

Department:Adult Residential

Hourly Rate:$19.06-$19.44/hr

Schedule: Full Time - Sunday 11am-11:30pm, Monday 2pm-11:30pm, Tuesday 3pm-11:30pm, Wednesday 2pm-11:30pm

Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals.

Qualifications

We’re Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who:

• Are 18 years of age or older
