Community Services Group (CSG) seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living, working, and engaging in community settings. You will join a team staffing multiple community homes in PA, providing compassionate care and skill-building support.

The role offers full-time and part-time shifts, with paid orientation, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Willingness to accompany those you serve into the community while maintaining dignity and rights.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to transport individuals in CSG vehicles.
• Willingness and ability to travel to an identified group of community homes.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

You will be part of a team of coworkers staffing and serving a group of community homes or residential programs. Currently hiring for positions in Hanover, New Salem, Red Lion, and York, PA. Full-Time & Part-Time - 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift positions. CSG’s Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) Services is excited to offer a 2 week paid orientation for this position. Orientation includes the necessary foundational training needed before providing services in the programs and sets you up for a successful career at CSG. Orientation is held in-person at our Mountville, Williamsport, and Bethlehem offices.
