Job summary

CHS Group LLC is seeking a compassionate Direct Care Worker to provide 1:1 support to individuals in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will help build daily living skills, assist with household tasks, and encourage participation in the community to promote growth and independence.

Pay starts at $13.73 per hour during training, with typical pay up to $17.13 per hour. Benefits include paid training, flexible schedules, bi-weekly pay, and health insurance.

• Experience in direct care preferred but not required.
• Must be dependable, patient, and respectful.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check.
