Upstate Caring Partners seeks energetic Direct Support Professionals to implement individualized care plans and oversee the health, safety, and well-being of individuals we support. You will assist with daily living activities, document care, and accompany clients on community activities.

Join our team for flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend opportunities. Valid NYS Driver’s License is required; extensive paid training is provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• No previous experience needed – we provide paid training!
• Valid NYS Driver’s License required.
• Care for individuals with disabilities and assist with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• The DSP provides care, support, and assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Full-time, part-time, and weekend-only opportunities are available.
• Transports and accompanies clients during community activities.
• Assists with daily housekeeping and facility-related duties.
• Maintains documentation in residential or day habilitation/community habilitation/school-age program sites.

About the Role
