Upstate Caring Partners seeks energetic Direct Support Professionals to implement individualized care plans and oversee the health, safety, and well-being of individuals we support. You will assist with daily living activities, document care, and accompany clients on community activities.
Join our team for flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend opportunities. Valid NYS Driver’s License is required; extensive paid training is provided to new hires.
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) implements individualized care plans, attends to personal care needs, oversees the health, safety and well‑being of the individuals we support, keeps nurses advised, participates in agency activities, transports and accompanies clients during community activities, assists with daily housekeeping and facility‑related duties, and maintains documentation in residential or day habilitation/community habilitation/school‑age program sites.
