Job summary

Community Services Group is hiring Direct Care Workers in PA to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and community settings. Roles include DSP and CNA-like duties, with full-time and part-time shifts across 1st–3rd shifts.

You will help with life skills, daily activities, and community participation while promoting dignity and independence. Training provided and orientation paid.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Willingness to accompany individuals into the community and provide support.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to transport individuals in vehicles.
  • Flexible hours as needed.

  • Assist individuals in developing life skills (e.g., interaction, cooking, housekeeping, money management).

You will be part of a team of coworkers staffing and serving a group of community homes or residential programs.Currently hiring for positions in Hanover, New Salem, Red Lion, and York, PA. Full-Time & Part-Time - 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift positions.CSG’s Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) Services is excited to offer a 2 week paid orientation for this position. Orientation includes the necessary foundational training needed before providing services in the programs and sets you up for a successful career at CSG. Orientation is held in-person at our Mountville, Williamsport, and Bethlehem offices.
