Job summary

ASG Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings across New Jersey. Earn $18–$24/hour with flexible hours and consistent local cases, working with a supportive team dedicated to success.

You will provide hands-on support, promote independence, and follow each client's ISP, ensuring safe and meaningful daily living activities while documenting services and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Prior caregiving, DSP, or human services experience preferred but not required.

Position Overview

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with ASG Home Care, you will provide hands‑on support that promotes independence, community engagement, and daily living success. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work one‑on‑one with individuals in both home and community settings while following each person's Individualized Service Plan (ISP).

Key Responsibilities as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)

• Provide individualized home and community‑based support to individuals with developmental disabilities

• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
