Job summary

Richmond Community Services seeks a Direct Support Professional to work in Mount Kisco, NY. You will support individuals in a meaningful, active day, assisting with activities, community outings, skill-building, personal care, and fostering greater independence.

The position offers a predictable Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with no weekend shifts, paid training, a sign-on bonus, and generous paid time off. A valid driver's license and reliable driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license; tri-state area (NY/NJ/CT) experience preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• Dependable, compassionate, and a team player.
• Ability to support people with developmental disabilities in a respectful, person-centered environment.
