Direct Support Professional – Day Contract (3374)

Responsibilities

Provides quality care, training, support, and supervision to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a center‑based or community‑based program. Monitors and maintains the safety and wellness of individuals. Provides a wide array of activities and experiences that will enhance the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities. Provides recreation and socialization to individuals in a variety of community settings. Provides transportation for community activities. Maintains individual records and documentation according to all applicable standards. Hours of the program may include weekdays, weekends, and evenings.

Requirements

• High‑school diploma or equivalent (M1)
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record (M2)
• Fingerprints, state and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and Central Registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug‑free workplace.

Hourly Rate Range

$15.62 - $27.33. 3% increase for Certified Nursing Assistant.
