Job summary

HCRS is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the Developmental Services Division in Brattleboro, VT. This part-time role pays $20–$23.50 per hour and focuses on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve goals and independence.

The DSP will work with a collaborative team, requiring flexibility, a reliable vehicle, a HS diploma or GED (associates/bachelors preferred), and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges, or transferrable skills in education, health care, or human services.
