The role supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, promoting independence and safety while respecting individual preferences. The position offers a $16.00 per hour wage, shift differentials for eligible evening/overnight/weekend hours, and a retention bonus program.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older by the completion of new hire training and orientation.
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills involving working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
