Kindly Direct Care is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide one-to-one support in Lumberton, NJ. This role is ideal for students, educators, or caregivers seeking meaningful part-time work with a reliable schedule.

You will assist with daily routines and community activities, promote independence, and ensure safety. A valid driver’s license and onboarding/background checks are required.

• Must commit to the exact posted schedule (Mon, Wed, Fri 11:00–14:00 and 1 Saturday per month).
• Reliable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.

Responsibilities

• Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community.
• Provide community-based support, including outings and the gym.
• Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.
• Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs.
• Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.
• Complete required documentation after services and communicate with the Kindly team.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. (plus 1 Saturday a month- flexible) Pay: $17-$21/hour Location: Lumberton, NJ Driving on shift: Required
