Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a casual/per diem Direct Support Professional to join our team. You will provide individualized, person-directed support in intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism, creating a healthy home environment and helping with daily living skills.

You will advocate for health and wellness and support community inclusion. Casual/per diem hours are available, with a pay rate of $20.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and basic computer skills required.
• Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, person-directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism.
• Create a healthy, engaging home setting and teach daily living skills.
• Advocate for health and wellness of the people we support and assist with personal care.
