Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD in Williamstown, NJ. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

Paid training is provided, with flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement. Starting pay ranges from $23 to $33 per hour, plus a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments with 20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal, driving, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs.
• Lifting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks
• Support individuals in community participation, employment, and social activities

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. What You’ll Do

• Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals

Pay & Signing Bonus

Starting Pay: $23/hour for non-acuity; $33/hour for acuity

$1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
