Job summary

Abound Health is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Gastonia, NC to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. DSPs help with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to promote independence.

We offer paid onboarding, training, and growth opportunities in a supportive team environment. Starting pay is $15.00–$16.00 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments after meeting hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary.
• Lifting may be required depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as meal prep, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Support individuals in community participation, employment, and social activities.

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. What You'll Do

Requirements

Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required - we provide paid training and support

Pay & Signing Bonus

Starting Pay: $15.00/hour

$1,000 signing bonus paid in 3 installments when averaging 20+ hours/week
