Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for PRN shifts in Missouri. This role empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and engage meaningfully in their communities.

As a DSP you will build trusting relationships, support daily living activities, encourage growth, and provide companionship and advocacy. A valid driver's license and a High School Diploma or GED are required.
