Out of the Box Solutions in Beaverton, Oregon is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work one-on-one with individuals with ID/DD. You will support daily routines, assist with personal care, and help clients participate in community activities, following individualized care plans.

The role emphasizes dependable work, strong communication, and independent performance in a supportive team environment. A CNA or equivalent experience is preferred, with flexible scheduling and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Smartphone required
• Must pass all state-required background checks and meet ODDS employment eligibility
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)

Client 1: Male | 54yrs | 97007

• Schedule: Wed- Fri 12:00pm- 6/7pm with some availability on the weekend
• Likes: Enjoys shopping, especially at Build a Bear, would like to engage in social interactions and make friends and visit them on a regular basis
• Needs: Maintain their current level(s) of independence and live away from their closest natural support, working with the client and their goals, and IADLs

Requirements
