Job summary

Action Behavior Centers invites applicants to join our team of caring professionals helping children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills. We offer paid training and will fully cover your RBT certification, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and optional Saturdays to meet patient needs.

You’ll work on structured treatment plans, support kids through engaging activities, and collaborate with a supportive team focused on positive growth. Immediate openings available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required as part of hiring process.
• No experience necessary; paid training provided and RBT certification fully covered.
• Experience in childcare or mental health roles is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay (based On Education & Previous ABA Experience)

• Bachelor’s Degree: $21–$27.25 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $22–$28 per hour
• Fun Fact: You’ll receive your first raise after earning your RBT certification!

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
