ABA360 in Monroe, NJ is seeking a Direct Support Professional for a 19-year-old with Autism. This entry point role offers part-time hours, with after-school and weekend opportunities and a pathway to RBT certification through BK Academy.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services, support families, and collaborate with the clinical team. No prior experience required; we provide training and opportunities for tuition discounts, immediate paycheck options, and meaningful work improving lives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
