Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Joplin, MO is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional to help individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and supporting goals.

Responsibilities include meal prep, personal care, companionship, errands, and accompanying to appointments. Must be 18+, valid driver's license, able to lift 50 lbs, pass background checks. Training provided; weekends/evenings available.

Pay range $17 to $21 an hour with a Sign On Bonus of $500
