Citizen Care Inc., a subsidiary of Partners For Quality, Inc., is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings. Responsibilities include ADLs, medications, hygiene, meals, and community engagement.

We offer training, paid orientation, and a comprehensive benefits package. Minimum compensation starts at $17.00/hr.; experience not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions.
• Act 34 and FBI clearances if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living in a residential home.
• Attend medical appointments as needed.
• Administer prescribed medications.
• Support personal hygiene, including bathing and toileting.
• Prepare meals and follow prescribed diets.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (laundry, vacuuming, dusting).
• Engage individuals in community activities and visits with family and friends.
• Provide supervision to ensure safety and welfare.

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) will be responsible for assisting individuals with their activities of daily living in a residential home setting.

Responsibilities

• Helping people to realize their hopes and dreams
• Personal hygiene needs, including bathing and toileting
• Medical appointments
• Administering prescribed medications
• Meal preparation, cooking and following prescribed diet
• Household chores such as laundry, vacuuming and dusting
• Participating in community life such as shopping, leisure activities and visiting family and friends
• Providing supervision to assure safety and welfare
