Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in Middletown, NY is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living, personal care, and community activities.

You will support with meals, medication, and transportation. The role offers full-time, part-time, and per-diem shifts across day, night, overnight, and 2 1/2 day shifts, with a pay range of $17.50 to $21.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to complete required training and certifications.
• Valid driver’s license; bilingual or ASL skills are a plus.
