Job summary

Sevita is seeking compassionate caregivers in Ohio to support individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities. You will assist with personal care, daily living activities, and help participants engage in meaningful activities and community participation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Help participants participate in community activities and maintain independence.
• Maintain safety and promptly report changes to supervisors.
