Qualifications

• Must successfully complete required pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Must possess a valid driver's license meeting company standards.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent as required by work location.
• Minimum one year of experience in the human services field if required by work location.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report suspected abuse or rights violations.
• Provide support, assistance and supervision to meet individuals' needs and goals per their plans.
• Ensure training, behavior and support programs are implemented and documented per regulatory requirements.
• Protect health, safety and well-being of individuals at all times.
• Provide a positive, reinforcing environment that promotes independence and choice.
• Follow positioning schedules and use proper equipment and assistive devices per plan.
• Assist with diet, texture and equipment needs as required by plans.
• Maintain homes, outdoor areas and vehicles in good condition and organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
