Legacy Treatment Services in New Jersey is seeking a Direct Support Professional to build trusting relationships with adolescents in a residential setting. You will mentor youth, encourage positive decision-making, and support daily activities such as school, appointments, and recreation.

The role requires at least a high school diploma (or Bachelor's) with experience, a valid driver's license, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 3 years' experience with children or adolescents.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work with adolescents in a residential treatment setting.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
