Job summary

Sevita is seeking caring individuals to support participants with personal care and daily living needs. You will help people grow, learn, and stay connected to their communities, while building meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience in human services or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are important.
• Valid drivers license and access to insured vehicle required.

• Support individuals in achieving developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real relationships and help participants participate in community activities.

What You’ll Bring To Sevita

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
