Job summary

Devereux is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals in day programs in Swedesboro, NJ. This role focuses on safety, daily living skills, and community-based activities.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach. Training includes paid orientation and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid non-provisional driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
• Empathetic and team-oriented approach to care.

Salary: Starting at $20.42 per hour, increases with education and experience.
