Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring caring individuals to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy in Surprise, AZ. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; full-time hours and paid training are provided.

• Bachelor’s Degree: $21–$27.25 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $22–$28 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
