Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Slippery Rock, PA. A verifiable high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required. Earn up to $18/hour with Enhanced Pay option; shifts run 6:30am–11:00pm with rotating weekends.

No experience required – paid training provided to start a meaningful career in human services. As a DSP, you will provide direct care with ADLs, assist with personal care and mobility, support life skills, transportation, and maintain documentation.

• Current and valid driver's license required.
• Age 18 or older.
• Related experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support and transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
