Job summary

Creed Medical is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will support daily living activities, promote independence, and encourage community participation in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include personal care, documentation, safety, and coordination with families and healthcare professionals. A valid driver's license and flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) are expected; CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in direct care is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate approach with patience and a desire to help others
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community outings
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain after hire
