Job summary

Sevita in North Canton, OH is seeking a caregiver to support individuals with personal care needs and developmental goals. You’ll help with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and budgeting, while fostering independence and community participation.

Ideal candidates bring compassion, patience, and reliability, plus a high school diploma. A valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle are required to serve the participants in the community.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and reliability in caregiving.
• Patient, compassionate and responsible demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
