Job summary

Sevita, a national leader in home and community-based care, is hiring a caregiver for D&S Community Services in Memphis, TN. The role supports individuals with developmental needs and participates in daily activities to promote independence.

You’ll work Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm, with a focus on personal care, community participation, and building meaningful relationships. A valid driver’s license is required to support mobility and outings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in community activities and developmental goals.
