CARIN Alliance in New Hampshire is seeking Direct Professional Support Staff to provide person-centered care in home and community settings.

You will assist with daily living activities, support individualized plans, help individuals attend appointments and community outings, encourage social engagement, and maintain accurate documentation of progress. Experience with incident reporting and a respectful environment is valued.
