Health Here is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide person-centered home and community support to individuals with disabilities and complex needs in Liberal, Kansas. You will assist with daily living, mobility, medication reminders, and help promote independence and safety.

You will follow tailored care plans, document services accurately, and collaborate with a team to meet behavioral, social, and inclusion goals while prioritizing dignity and respect for each client.
