Covenant Case Management Services is seeking compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care, ensuring that the needs of clients are met while maintaining their safety in both home and community settings.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, helping clients participate in community activities, coordinating with families to understand needs, and maintaining open communication with supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred).
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Work Schedule:

This schedule is flexible for up to 38 hours a week.
