PRICY STAFFING & HOMECARE AGENCY LL is urgently seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide assistance to individuals with developmental or physical disabilities in community settings across Kentucky. You’ll help with daily living activities, foster independence, and monitor health.

Join a team that collaborates with case managers, therapists, and families to tailor support plans. CPR/First Aid may be required; a background check and valid driver’s license are expected for client transport.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
• Prior experience working with people with disabilities (volunteer or paid).
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Clear background check and driver’s license (if transporting clients).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (e.g., personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders).
• Foster independence by teaching life-skills, social interaction, and community-navigation techniques.
• Monitor and document client progress, behaviors, and health changes.

Overview

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides personalized assistance and encouragement to individuals with developmental, intellectual, or physical disabilities, helping them live as independently as full participants in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
