Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, is hiring caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities. This part-time role offers diverse shifts from afternoons to weekends, with a competitive wage of $20.79 per hour.

You will help with personal care, daily activities, and community participation, while building meaningful relationships with participants. Ideal candidates bring patience, reliability, and good communication; prior experience in human services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to participant needs with care.

Responsibilities

Wage $20.79 per hour. Multiple part time shifts. Monday 12pm - 6pm, Tuesday 8am - 2pm, Wednesday 12pm - 6pm, Friday 3pm - 10pm, every other weekend 3pm - 8pm. Friday 12pm - 6pm, every other weekend 8am - 3pm.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent not required
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
