Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a caregiver to support individuals with developmental needs in community settings in Indiana. You’ll assist with daily living, personal care, and community participation, building trust and meaningful relationships with participants.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a mission-driven team providing community-based care.
• Assist individuals with daily living, personal hygiene, and behavioral support as needed.
• Support participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships and encourage community participation.
• Take initiative to help participants engage in activities they enjoy.

Pay Rate: 15.75/HR
