• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• MANDT and DDA Core Training is mandatory for this role.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine commitment to person-centered care and client empowerment.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
• Support clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Implement person centered plan and document progress accurately.
• Assist clients with community integration, transportation, and social activities.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and healthcare professionals regarding client needs.
• Promote client independence, dignity, and self-advocacy in all interactions.
• Respond appropriately to behavioral challenges using approved crisis intervention techniques.
