Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass a drug screening
• Must pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with planned activities
• Assist with medication
• Documentation including medication and goals
• Assist with personal hygiene and safety
• Support teaching and learning to improve knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Cleaning and upkeep of environment
• Prepare, serve, and help eat meals following dietary guidelines
• Complete shift tasks and required documentation

• Assist individuals with the following:
