The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for assisting and supporting the individuals in carrying out their daily routines, their daily schedules of activities and their individual programs. The DSP is also responsible for implementing all specific clinical and educational and vocational programs. Additional responsibilities include, but is not limited to data collection, reading and writing in daily logs and participation in program design.
