Macon Resources, Inc. (MRI) in Decatur, IL is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help individuals gain freedom and independence through everyday tasks, from waking up and breakfast to community activities.

We offer full-time roles with health, life, vision, and FREE dental, plus paid vacation, personal, and sick time, along with shift differentials for 2nd/3rd shifts and weekend differential starting Saturday at 6am through Monday 6am.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Direct Support Person training per state regulations (training provided).
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Access to a phone or ability to be contacted outside of work.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living tasks to promote independence.
• Support individuals in waking up, preparing breakfast, and participating in activities.
• Promote freedom and independence through community involvement.

Direct Support Professionals are the backbone of MRI. They help our individuals gain freedom and independence by assisting them in everyday tasks. These tasks, just like your everyday tasks, range from waking up and preparing breakfast to shooting hoops outside.

All full time employees are eligible for health, life, vision, and FREE dental. You'll also receive paid vacation, personal, AND sick time!

• Shift Differential for those working 2nd and 3rd will be paid an extra $2/hr.
• Weekend Differential for those working 2nd and 3rd will be paid an extra $3/hour starting at 6am on Saturday to 6am on Monday.
