REM Community Services, a Sevita family partner, seeks a caregiver to join a mission-driven team providing community-based supports. You will help individuals with daily activities, personal care, and participation in community life, while learning on the job through paid training.

The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and teamwork. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required to support participant activities and safe transportation.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent not required.
• Experience: We provide paid training.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and support those with behavioral challenges or other complex needs.
• Help participants participate in community activities and social events.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with individuals served and monitor well-being.
• Take initiative to ensure safety and quality of care in daily routines.

We have one full time position, wage is $16/hr:

Monday 2pm-10pm, Wednesday - Friday 4pm-9pm, Every Other Weekend 2pm- 10pm
