Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred, depending on program needs.
• Some experience in healthcare or human services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with developmental and related disabilities, promoting rights and meaningful inclusion.
• Assist with daily living activities, monitor safety, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to implement person-centered service plans and support community integration.

• Protect the safety of the people you support by providing the level of supervision described in the person’s service plan and by reporting to your supervisor any potentially dangerous situations.
• Follow all agency procedures regarding incident reporting and reporting possible abuse. Cooperate with Agency and Division staff during any investigations and inspections.
