Our programs focus on skill development, community engagement, and person-centered support for individuals with developmental and behavioral health needs.

Natural Support Services is seeking compassionate Residence Counselors to provide direct support to individuals in residential and respite settings. Residence Counselors help individuals maintain a safe, supportive, and structured home environment while promoting independence and personal development.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, supporting individuals with personal care needs, preparing meals, encouraging community participation, and following each individual's Person Centered Plan (PCP).

Residence Counselors work as part of a team to ensure individuals receive consistent, high-quality support in a respectful and person-centered environment.
