Living Innovations in Casco, ME, is hiring Direct Support Professionals and Job Coaches to help individuals live independently. Training is provided if experience is limited. You will assist with daily living tasks and accompany clients to appointments and activities.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete paid training certifications (like CDS modules) within first weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks such as dressing, meal prep, personal hygiene, and health needs.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments, community outings, and social activities.
• Help individuals develop life skills and participate in hobbies or local groups.
• Work one-on-one to teach job responsibilities and demonstrate tasks.
• Maintain accurate records, be punctual, and model positive behavior.
• Learn about Nature Trek roles and lead outdoor activities to teach life skills.
