Job summary

Independent Home Health in Bloomsburg, PA is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one support to individuals with IDD. Roles vary with daytime, evening, and weekend hours based on client needs and your availability.

You'll help individuals build independence, participate in the community, and work toward personal goals while delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required background checks and clearances.
• Willingness to complete DSP/ODP training.

Independent Home Health is hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) throughout Bloomsburg, PA.

As a DSP, you'll provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build independence, participate in their communities, and work toward personal goals.

We have opportunities that may include daytime, evening, and weekend hours depending on current client needs and your availability.

What You'll Do

Depending on the individual you're matched with, responsibilities may include:

What We're Looking For
